Le 16 novembre 2007, DUKA Betim et son père DUKA Remzi constituent la SPRL « Duka B » pour exploiter la Station-Services Shell, située au n° 218 – 220 de la chaussée romaine à Waremme. DUKA Betim et DUKA Remzi sont nommés gérants de la société.
