Le 1er juillet 2002, KAIDI Salah et son épouse, BENNIS Salwa, constituent la SPRL « Les Trois Palmiers » qui exploite le restaurant « Les Trois Palmiers », au n° 33 de la rue Hubert Stiernet à Waremme. KAIDI Salah est nommé gérant de la société.
