Le 6 août 1997, LILLO Angelo et BALDO Antonio cèdent leurs parts dans la SPRL « Delizie Italia », qui exploite le restaurant « Il Giardini Della Nonna » au n° 11 de l’avenue Edmond Leburton à Waremme, à MARINO Orlando et à BONSIGNORE Antonino.
