Le 26 avril 2005, FARRUGGIA Giuseppe et FARRUGGIA Enzo constituent la SPRL « Cucina Farruggia », pour exploiter le restaurant « La Cucina » qu’ils ouvriront au n° 7 de la rue Joseph Wauters à Waremme. FARRUGGIA Giuseppe et FARRUGGIA Enzo sont nommés gérants de la société.
