Le 27 mai 1998, la société de vente de matériel informatique, la SPRL « TPS Electronics », modifie son nom en SPRL « TPS Informatic » et déménage son siège du n° 132 de la rue Gaston Gaspard au n° 1 de l’avenue Edmond Leburton à Waremme. SCHILTMANS Johannes Maria de Riemst est nommé gérant de la société.
